When you submit a bug report through the "Report an Issue" form, we collect only the information you choose to provide:
Submitted data is used exclusively to investigate and resolve the reported issue. Email addresses, when provided, are used only to follow up with you about your report.
Bug reports are created as notes in Productboard. Report content (description, expected behavior, steps to reproduce) and your email address (if provided) are stored in Productboard for issue tracking and follow-up. No report data is stored in the PBToolkit application itself.
If Productboard is unavailable, reports may be sent as email via Brevo (transactional email service) as a fallback.
Report data in Productboard and any fallback emails via Brevo are retained for up to 1 year from the date of submission, after which they are deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
