What we collect

When you submit a bug report through the "Report an Issue" form, we collect only the information you choose to provide:

Email address (optional) — used solely for follow-up on the reported issue
Module selection — which part of PBToolkit the issue relates to
Issue description, expected behavior, and steps to reproduce

How we use it

Submitted data is used exclusively to investigate and resolve the reported issue. Email addresses, when provided, are used only to follow up with you about your report.

Where data is stored

Bug reports are created as notes in Productboard. Report content (description, expected behavior, steps to reproduce) and your email address (if provided) are stored in Productboard for issue tracking and follow-up. No report data is stored in the PBToolkit application itself.

If Productboard is unavailable, reports may be sent as email via Brevo (transactional email service) as a fallback.

Retention period

Report data in Productboard and any fallback emails via Brevo are retained for up to 1 year from the date of submission, after which they are deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

Request access to any data we hold about you
Request correction or deletion of your data
Withdraw consent at any time

Third parties

We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any third party beyond Productboard (for issue tracking) and Brevo (for fallback email delivery).

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
